Let's be honest: sometimes reading the label on a bottle of bourbon can be pretty confusing. For this episode, I put together a comprehensive breakdown of some of the main terms, words, and types associated with bourbon, such as high rye, wheated, wheater, small batch, single barrel, barrel proof, cask strength, etc. This episode is your one-stop shop for understanding the rules that determine every word on a label that reads "Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a High Rye Mashbill."

I don't know if any Irish whiskey has been recommended to me quite as much as this one. Green Spot is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey aged in bourbon and sherry casks.
