Woodford Reserve double oaked is a bourbon that is taken out of it's barrel and placed into another brand new, charred oak barrel. In other words, it is "finished" in a second barrel. Does that make it a finished bourbon, or just a bourbon? I don't know, but it definitely makes it worth reviewing.
